We are fully certified through the PCA with both CSTDB (Certified Surveyor in Timber & Dampness in Buildings) and CSDV (Certified Specialist in Dwelling Ventilation) qualifications. Unlike many others in the industry, we are not tied to any contractors or treatment companies, meaning our assessments are completely impartial — with no pressure to buy unnecessary works.
